  • Structure and negotiate commercial credit facilities, including:
    • Working capital lines of credit
    • Venture debt
    • Recurring revenue facilities
    • Equipment financing
    • Acquisition financing
    • Owner-occupied and investment real estate loans

  • Partner with internal product specialists to deepen client relationships and maximize wallet share.
  • Monitor portfolio performance while maintaining strong credit quality and risk management standards.
  • Represent the bank throughout the Bay Area technology ecosystem by attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 7+ years of commercial banking relationship management experience.
  • Demonstrated success developing new business within the technology sector.
  • Existing relationships with technology companies, founders, CFOs, venture capital firms, private equity sponsors, and professional referral sources.
  • Strong commercial credit underwriting and financial analysis skills.
  • Experience structuring complex commercial lending transactions.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual production goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.

Why This Opportunity:
  • Established regional bank with strong financial performance and continued investment in commercial banking.
  • Local credit decision making and an entrepreneurial culture.
  • Significant opportunity to build a market-leading technology portfolio.
  • Competitive compensation including base salary, incentive plan, and comprehensive benefits.
  • Collaborative leadership team with a long-term growth strategy in the Bay Area technology market.
