  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing syndication partners, expanding Stifel's network of lending institutions and investors.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and enhance syndications products, processes, and market strategy while positioning Stifel Venture Banking as a premier syndication partner in the innovation economy.
  • Provide market intelligence regarding venture lending trends, capital markets, competitive dynamics, and investor appetite to inform strategic decision-making and product development.
  • Represent Stifel Venture Banking at industry conferences, lender meetings, and market events to strengthen the firm's brand and expand strategic relationships.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the broader Stifel platform, including Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Fixed Income Capital Markets, and Commercial Banking, and identify opportunities to deepen client and institutional relationships across the firm.
What You'll Bring
  • Advanced knowledge of syndicated lending, credit structuring, loan underwriting, loan documentation, and transaction execution.
  • Strong understanding of venture lending, commercial banking, capital markets, and institutional investor dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with bank participants, institutional investors, and alternative lenders.
