Responsibilities:
Deal sourcing
  • To screen investor pitch decks and summarize introductory meetings/calls.
  • To identify new technology trends and develop investment theses in new opportunity areas.

Due diligence
  • To conduct market & competitive landscape analysis and build financial modeling to evaluate investment opportunities under the guidance of investment director(s).
  • To support interviews with industry experts, key customers/ecosystem partners, and other investors.
  • To summarize key findings, draft investment proposals, and support approval and closing processes.

Portfolio management
  • To support progress update calls, board meetings and prepare quarterly financial updates

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 2 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking (or investment-related functions), management consulting, market research or semiconductor/data center infrastructure industries.
  • Proven critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, with strong presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
