Let's Build Ventures With Corporates Together

As a Venture Architect you will take ownership of workstreams, manage smaller projects, and play a crucial role in creating high-quality content for presentations and other materials. You will also act as a mentor to Venture Analysts, guiding their professional growth and ensuring the successful execution of tasks and projects.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Take responsibility for tasks, work packages, and small projects, ensuring their successful execution.
  • Plan and coordinate workstream activities autonomously, while aligning with project leads.
  • Present results and actively engage in client interactions.
  • Act as a mentor for Venture Business Analysts, supporting their growth and development.
What You Need To Be Successful In The Role
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, innovation, or related fields
  • Proven ability to manage smaller projects or workstreams independently.
  • Strong skills in content creation, including developing storylines and designing impactful presentations.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with experience in building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
