We're looking for an Industrial Service Support Specialist to become a key part of our service team. In this role,
you'll be the friendly voice our customers rely on, the coordinator who keeps our technicians moving, and the problem-solver
who ensures everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.

Responsibilities
  • Support customers by answering inbound service calls and helping them get the assistance they need
  • Dispatch technicians to customer sites and manage daily schedules
  • Organize technician workloads and actively look for opportunities to keep teams productive
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance appointments and maintain monthly PM lists
  • Prepare pre-job paperwork and communicate schedule updates to technicians
  • Maintain customer records in the Somax system
  • Create small quotes for existing customers
  • Process service work orders-pricing, POs, billing, and closing out jobs
  • Handle parts requests from customers and order parts from vendors
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing and prepare customer quotes
  • Manage branch inventory including cell orders and stock
  • Support warranty paperwork and repair intake
  • Review technician reports and complete first edits
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to maintain workflow
  • Handle office operations including supplies, mail, and general administrative tasks
  • Other responsibilities as requested by Management.

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, good math skills, computer training or comparable experience in WORD, and EXCEL, ability to work with confidential information, good typing skills, ability to use all types of office equipment, previous secretarial/clerical experience or training, good phone skills, good organizational skills, and good interpersonal skills
