From our Command Center in Marietta, GA we outsource eyeballs and ears for commercial clients to cost-effectively drive value in security, loss prevention, risk mitigation and business intelligence. We are looking to add a new Project Manager to our incredibly talented Installation team. This person will be responsible for the planning and executing of assigned installation projects and project goals. They will create and deliver reports, analyze data from project execution, and any other duties as determined by the Installation team.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all assigned projects kick-off, ongoing maintenance, final execution and client hand-off to Customer Experience
  • Ownership of project financial and operational forecasting
  • Responsible for initiating and maintaining ongoing communication of status and project updates to internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Coordinate installation schedules with technicians, customers and general contractors as needed
  • Work with the Provisioning department for configuration and testing of hardware and software
  • Work with the Technical Services team to provide network support to a variety of operating systems
  • Maintain project tracker/backlog ensuring it is always up to date to keep track of and report on project progress and status
  • Solicit and obtain quotes from sub-contractors and materials vendors
  • Procure materials and labor for jobs/projects including negotiating pricing with vendors and/or subcontractors needed
  • Identify any issues and ensure they are resolved promptly
  • Research information as required
  • Site visits as needed to determine the quality of the installation/project
  • Be a contributing member of weekly Installation team meetings and reporting of the following KPI's:
  • Project variance
  • Project cycle times
  • Customer project ratings
  • Any other KPI's assigned by the department head
  • Other duties assigned

Requirements
Physical Restrictions & Requirements
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., ability to carry boxes/packages
  • Sits in a chair at a desk or in a car, retrieves items/supplies on overhead shelves, reach for files located in bottom file cabinets, walking, standing, bending, and stooping
  • Must be able to use calculator, telephone, computer/keyboard, and various office machines daily and be able to read and write business documents

Required Qualities & Skillset
  • 3-5-years project management experience
  • Able to manage-up to department leader consistently and effectively
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Proven ability in verbal and written communications with internal partners and external clients
  • Detail-oriented and consistent work-ethic
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Able to travel to sites as needed

  • Experience in security integration project management
