  • Shop Floor Execution & Reporting: Ability to support shop floor processes, including order release, material issue, labor reporting, and production feedback, ensuring accurate system transactions and visibility into manufacturing performance
  • Cross-Module Manufacturing Integration: Awareness of how manufacturing processes integrate with other functional areas, for example Procurement, Inventory, Quality Management, and Finance, ensuring end-to-end process integrity and accurate cost and inventory tracking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops, interviews, and documentation review, translating findings into clear functional designs and system configurations
  • Configure IFS applications to support defined business processes, ensuring alignment with requirements, project scope, and IFS best practices
  • Support solution design activities in collaboration with Solution Architects and senior team members, contributing functional expertise and practical implementation insight
  • Facilitate and participate in solution workshops to validate requirements, demonstrate functionality, and align stakeholders on design decisions
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including configuration details, process flows, and design specifications
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, data migration, and system extensions as required
  • Participate in system testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet defined requirements
