Overview/Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns to increase sales and revenue for the company.
Duties/Responsibilities
Formulates plan for marketing objectives and leveraging SEM, SEO and Display to their fullest
Works with Operational Marketing Manager and other department heads on strategic planning
Drives KPIs by working with the MMD(s) and department heads on best practices and areas of opportunity
Conceptualizes marketing ideas and product launches
Ensures that all Asbury digital properties comply with legal and compliance standards set forth by state & federal law as well as all applicable manufacturer covenant requirements
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Performs other related duties to benefit the mission/vision of the organization
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in ecommerce/marketing or a related field
Possesses leadership qualities and the ability to manage vendor marketing executives
Well versed in SEM, Display and Local SEO
Skilled in ROI calculations, A/B Testing and Excel
Previous experience preferred or automotive experience
