Job description

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with QSR background to lead Back of House (BOH) system initiatives, preferably with Crunchtime, focusing on vendor management, rollouts, and operational optimization.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of BOH projects (scope, timeline, risks)
• Act as primary contact for BOH vendors (Crunchtime)
• Lead implementations, upgrades, and multi-store rollouts
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, and business stakeholders
• Drive user adoption, training, and change management
• Track KPIs (inventory accuracy, labor efficiency, system adoption)
 
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years in Project/Program Management (QSR/Retail preferred)
• Experience managing BOH systems and vendors
• Strong exposure to Crunchtime platform
• Experience with multi-location deployments
 
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of POS & store systems (PAR Brink, NCR)
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow
• PMP / Agile certification
