This remote position allows you to conduct therapy sessions in a telehealth setting. • Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy and mental health counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with confidentiality standards and legal requirements.
• Engage and maintain regular communication with clients via virtual sessions, emails, and messages on our platform.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education sessions for professional development and training.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Mind Vending Mental Healthcare, you will work primarily with a diverse cohort of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples. You will be responsible for addressing various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your work will directly impact clients' mental health outcomes, empowering them to achieve emotional well-being and personal growth through accessible telehealth services.

• A valid license as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
• Proficient in treatment planning and the delivery of mental health counseling services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively in a virtual environment.
• Comfortable working within virtual platforms and managing client interactions through technology.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is essential.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 – 110,000 based on experience and qualifications.
