In this strategic, sales-focused role, you will own the full business development lifecycle for the Microsoft Surface portfolio, driving revenue growth, increasing profitability, and delivering exceptional partner and customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with Microsoft, reseller partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, expand market presence, and execute impactful go-to-market initiatives.

As a trusted advisor and Microsoft Surface subject matter expert, you'll play a key role in enabling sales teams, influencing business outcomes, and helping partners unlock new growth opportunities. What You'll DoDrive Revenue Growth & Business Development
  • Own the Microsoft Surface sales cycle, from opportunity identification through closure and post-sale support.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth and forecasting accuracy.
  • Leverage data, market insights, and business intelligence to uncover new opportunities and optimize performance.
Build Strategic Relationships
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders, reseller partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Serve as a trusted business advisor by providing strategic guidance on Microsoft Surface products, programs, and solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and vendor management teams to support business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business development activities, customer inquiries, and partner enablement initiatives.
Deliver Sales Enablement & Training
  • Lead engaging virtual and in-person trainings, lunch-and-learns, webinars, and partner enablement sessions.
  • Educate partners and internal sales teams on Microsoft Surface solutions, programs, promotions, and competitive positioning.
  • Create awareness of new product offerings and drive adoption across partner networks.
  • Support knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring initiatives within the team.
Manage Business Performance
  • Monitor pipeline performance, profitability, and key business metrics.
  • Manage profit-and-loss considerations to ensure financially sound and profitable business outcomes.
  • Negotiate agreements and business opportunities that create value for TD SYNNEX, Microsoft, and our partners.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify emerging market opportunities.
Represent the Business
  • Travel as needed to support partner meetings, customer engagements, industry events, trade shows, and Microsoft Surface business activities. This role does require 30% or more travel.
  • Professionally represent TD SYNNEX and Microsoft Surface while strengthening relationships and expanding market presence.
