In this role, you will help drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer success by supporting vendor-focused sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall sales process.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with customers, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage sales activities, and deliver a positive customer experience. What You'll Do
As a Vendor Specialty Sales Representative I, you will play an important role in supporting revenue growth and strengthening customer and vendor relationships by:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendor partners, and internal teams to support long-term business success.
  • Managing and progressing sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to quote follow-up and deal execution.
  • Maintaining an active sales pipeline and supporting accurate forecasting activities to help achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Following up on customer inquiries, quotes, and opportunities to ensure timely resolution and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborating with sales, operations, vendor representatives, and other internal departments to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Supporting account management activities while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand customer engagement.
  • Learning vendor programs, products, and promotions to effectively position solutions and create customer value.
  • Documenting sales activities and opportunity status updates within designated business systems.
  • Providing customer support and issue escalation assistance by coordinating with internal teams and leadership when needed.
  • Developing foundational business, financial, and sales skills through training, coaching, and mentorship programs.
