Job description

As a woodshop production associate you will be responsible for using raw and outsourced materials to make finished products for our clients. 


You will also be responsible for:


  • Learning how to make flawless ADR products

  • Finishing your assigned work in a timely manner

  • Being a good steward over the materials you use

  • Speaking about and interacting positively with other team members, customers, and vendors

  • Being fully present while at work

  • Maintaining equipment

  • Complying with safety and regulatory codes


Success in this role will be determined on the following:

  • Production efficiency (e.g., expected vs actual)

  • Product quality rates (e.g., percentage of products meeting quality standards)

  • Inventory turnover rates

  • Equipment uptime and maintenance schedules

  • Safety incidents and compliance violations

  • Employee productivity and satisfaction

Qualifications for this role include experience in:

  • Understanding general woodworking principles - measuring, cutting, drilling, nailing, etc.
