Title: Coffee Vending Machine Technician (West Coast)

Purpose:
As a Coffee Vending Machine Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships with new and existing customers in the Western territories. Your responsibilities include providing technical support, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, and promoting product enhancements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and technical issues, offering effective solutions and support.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems, providing clear explanations and instructions for repair and maintenance.
  • Demonstrate equipment operation and advise customers on achieving optimal performance.
  • Document procedures, maintain detailed service records, and report on sales activities and account statuses.
  • Present new products and services to existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Adhere to company procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
