About North American Refrigeration
North American Refrigeration is a Florida based industrial refrigeration contractor that serves the refrigeration needs of operators throughout the Southeast. Over the last 20 years, North American has built a reputation for delivering quality construction, effective preventative maintenance programs, and dependable 24/7 emergency service.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide Service & Support: Travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test facility equipment.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose issues, determine the right solutions, and communicate resolutions to the customer or Service Manager.
  • System Start-Ups: Complete pump-outs and start up equipment after construction projects, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
  • Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers while keeping them informed about service progress and solutions.
  • Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all safety procedures and ensure incident reporting is timely and accurate.
  • Expense Management: Submit accurate and timely expense reports in line with North American Refrigeration's guidelines.
  • Clean Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record and be prepared to travel extensively across the continental U.S.
  • Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to keep projects moving forward and customers happy.
