The Role

TheAccount Executive will play a key role in expanding PayRange's footprint within the U.S. unattended markets. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing relationships with operators helping customers modernize their machines with PayRange's cashless payment and mobile engagement solutions.

This is a quota-carrying role for a proven sales professional who knows the payment industry inside and out and can close deals with operators ranging from regional players to national enterprises.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Pipeline Growth

  • Identify, target, and acquire new machine operators across North America.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, including product demos, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
  • Build relationships with operators, partners, and equipment distributors to expand PayRange adoption.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to position PayRange as the preferred payment and technology solution in the market.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Market Development & Strategy

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine go-to-market messaging specific to the industry you are targeting.
  • Provide customer feedback and industry insights to help shape product roadmaps and features tailored to our technology solutions.
  • Represent PayRange at trade shows, association events, and industry forums.

Customer Success Collaboration

  • Partner closely with onboarding and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Help operators measure ROI, optimize usage, and expand across additional machines and locations.


Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of direct sales experienceselling in the fintech space
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of the unattended retail market, payment ecosystem, and route management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics preferred).

Preferred:

  • Experience selling SaaS, payment, or IoT technology solutions.
  • Strong industry network and familiarity with the unattended retail space.
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
