Now Hiring: TSG Support Technician With Driving – Charleston, SC (Onsite)

We are hiring a TSG Support Technician With Driving for an onsite contract opportunity in Charleston, SC. This role is ideal for IT support professionals with experience in desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: TSG Support Technician With Driving

  • Location: Charleston, SC 29492

  • Duration: 12 Months

  • Pay Rate: $26.60/hour on W2

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday

  • Shift: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.

  • Perform equipment exchanges and maintain inventory records.

  • Provide desktop and telecommunications support.

  • Train end users on supported hardware and software.

  • Travel locally using a personal vehicle to support multiple customer locations.

  • Resolve technical issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science (Bachelor's preferred).

  • CompTIA A+ Certification (Required).

  • 2+ years of desktop/technical support experience.
