Pay Range: $103,724 - $130,000

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00pm to 4:30am PST

YOUR ROLE

Are you known for your management skills? Are you passionate about directing inbound / outbound logistics? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to oversee site operations, ensuring consistent high level of service, profitability and cost efficiency, while adhering to all applicable company and regulatory requirements.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Summary:ย  Leads and directs all operational activities within a start-up distribution center to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost. This role is responsible for building scalable operations, developing leadership capability, and delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Key Accountabilities:

Operational Leadership & KPI Delivery

  • Ensure consistent achievement of operational KPIs including productivity, quality, accuracy, service level, and cost performance
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews to monitor and improve operational results

Start-Up & Operational Stabilization

  • Lead ramp-up activities for new site operations, including process implementation, workflow design, and performance stabilization
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful go-live and transition to steady-state operations

People Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Directly manage Operations Managers and indirectly lead Supervisors and frontline associates
  • Build leadership capability through coaching, development planning, and performance management
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a primary operations liaison to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded through proactive communication and performance delivery

Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service levels
  • Drive Lean, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility

Compliance, Safety & Quality

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Promote a strong safety culture and maintain a safe working environment

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • Significant leadership experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment
  • Proven track record of achieving and improving operational KPIs
  • Experience managing leaders (manager-of-managers structure)
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, labor management, and productivity metrics

Desirable

  • Experience supporting new site start-ups or major transitions
  • Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
