Operations Supervisors who excel in their roles have a clear path to move into Operations Manager positions and continue their growth into higher leadership roles within the company.
Before you start your management journey, you will complete classroom and on-the-job training to understand our industry and the positions you will support. On-the-job training lasts 3-6 months before you are assigned a team to manage.
How will you drive value within the organization as a People Supervisor - Operations?
  • You will provide quality training, guidance, performance coaching, and feedback to assigned staff and advise and recommend training opportunities
  • You will evaluate team operating processes, analyze reports, and identify all performance-related issues to ensure appropriate actions are made to maximize work effectiveness
  • You will establish strong working relationships with other business units
  • You will support the development and maintenance of departmental operating procedures
  • You will set departmental goals and develop and maintain a daily employee work schedule that effectively meets the needs of the business unit and company

Employment Requirements:
  • This is an exempt-level position where business need will determine the exact work schedule which should be expected to vary at times. Generally, the days of work are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm. Saturday shifts may also occur as business needs dictate.
  • Remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the workday
  • Constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment
  • Ability to perform activities related to administrative functions, use of a computer, reading company-related documents and email, bending, and kneeling
  • The position may require travel
