Job description

As a Fleet Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our fleet compliant, organized, and road-ready by managing critical documentation and supporting day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure newly released vehicles are properly stocked with required safety equipment and documentation
  • Drive vehicles to and from repair shops and service locations as needed
  • Support the Fleet Manager with vehicle title processing, registration, and renewals
  • Coordinate and track annual inspections and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical fleet records
  • Prepare and submit DMV and regulatory paperwork
  • Monitor and track deadlines for registrations, inspections, and compliance activities
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors regarding documentation and status updates
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support daily fleet operations
  • Assist with additional fleet-related projects as needed

Requirements

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and document management systems
  • Ability to follow established processes and manage repetitive, detail-driven tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive on public roads
