Job description

Responsible for all aspects of dealing with assigned games and assists the Table Games Service Supervisor in tracking play and game observation. Greets and recruits new casino customers while providing friendly, excellent service to every guest. Games needed (Blackjack, Roulette, Craps/Dice, Baccarat, and/or Pai Gow)

  • Must present a well-groomed appearance. Age requirements: 21 years of age
  • 6 months multiple games dealing experience required in (Current specific games requirements, ie., Blackjack, Roulette, Craps/Dice, Baccarat, and /or Pai Gow
  • Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills

  • Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift
  • Must be able to have a good relationship co-workers and work as a team
  • Cards Needed: Gaming License
  • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time

  • Must be able to respond calmly and manage many customers' demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to memorize game rules and procedures as well as perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets quickly and accurately
  • Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards and money
  • Must be able to accurately balance chip bank at the beginning and end of shift. Must have excellent vision (including peripheral) to protect the games Must be able to read, verify, and sign appropriate documents relating to the game in a small area

  • Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area 
  • Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets
  • Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures
  • Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary
  • Greets guests with a proper company standard introduction and initiates conversation with guests
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies
