Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault CRM Integration Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations across the Veeva Vault ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Veeva Vault CRM, Veeva CRM (Salesforce-based), Vault APIs, integration frameworks, Databricks, AWS, Informatica, and MuleSoft. This role involves integration development, schema migration, custom application modernization, CI/CD implementation, testing, and post-production support within regulated Life Sciences environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and remediate enterprise integrations using Veeva Vault native integration patterns including Vault REST API, Direct Data API, Spark Messaging, and ETL frameworks
  • Develop scalable REST APIs for consumers of Veeva CRM data and manage deployments across development, QA, and production environments
  • Implement source-to-target mapping, schema change remediation, and regression testing to support platform upgrades and data model changes
  • Assess, refactor, and migrate custom applications while maintaining traceability from requirements through testing and deployment
  • Establish engineering standards, code review practices, branching strategies, and CI/CD processes for Veeva integration development
  • Build automated testing frameworks and maintain regression test coverage throughout implementation and hypercare
  • Support system integration testing, UAT execution, defect resolution, and validation documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Ensure secure handling of PHI/PII through data masking and controlled access within segregated environments
  • Provide post-production support, operational runbooks, knowledge transfer, and mentoring for onshore and offshore development teams
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant integration solutions



Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industries
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Veeva CRM integrations
  • Knowledge of AI/LLM-enabled data platforms and agentic CRM capabilities
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and Databricks Lakehouse architecture
  • Experience implementing enterprise CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
