Role :Veeva Technical Consultant
Location:  Bay Area, CA (Hybrid 2 or 3 days onsite and 2 days remote )
Duration : Long Term Contract 
 
Job description:
We are seeking a seasoned Veeva Technical Consultant to implements, configures, and supports the Veeva Vault system (Quality Vault - QMS, QDocs). Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, managing system upgrades, training users, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. This role requires deep knowledge Veeva Quality Suite
Key responsibilities
  • Solution design and configuration: Translate client requirements into technical solutions and configure the Veeva Vault system Quality, including workflows, security roles, and reporting.
  • Client liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, lead stakeholder discussions, and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • System management: Support ongoing maintenance, lead user support, and manage the process for system releases and updates.
  • Knowledge and training: Create documentation, lead user training sessions, and serve as a subject matter expert for QMS and QDocs system.
  • Compliance and quality: Ensure the system and its documentation meet all regulatory and compliance standards, such as GxP and other guidelines.
  • Process optimization: Analyze existing business processes and help clients optimize them for efficiency, often creating process maps and job aids.
