Job description

Manager - Marketing Technology / AI and Enablement (Life Sciences)

Throughout the health ecosystem, you'll find courageous and inspiring people who are committed to driving transformation, advancing health equity, and leading a well-being revolution. Where you find innovators committed to sustainable progress, you'll find Deloitte's Life Sciences & Health Care practice. Our leaders work side-by-side to orchestrate and deliver on the business of science and health. We bring trusted, flexible approaches that help foster innovation, harness new technologies, and formulate consumer-driven strategies to engineer a digitally enabled, equitable future of health - starting today.

Recruiting for this role ends on June 26, 2026

What you'll do

As a Manager, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting the growth of Deloitte's Content Supply Chain (CSC) and Marketing Technology capabilities within the Life Sciences sector. You will be expected to manage complex transformation programs while also supporting business development efforts and helping shape client solutions.

  • Lead workstreams within marketing and content supply chain transformations (e.g., DAM, MRM, MLR, content operations, analytics)
  • Ensure high-quality delivery across timelines, scope, and client expectations
  • Apply Agile methodologies to drive efficient delivery
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and technical teams to implement solutions
  • Support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations
  • Assist in shaping solutions and participating in early-stage client discussions
  • Support Content Supply Chain processes including content creation, MLR, publishing, and measurement
  • Develop expertise in MarTech platforms and industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support junior team members
The team

An evolving customer and regulatory landscape, mounting pipeline of next-gen assets and portfolio pressures, and intensifying competition are presenting new organizational and operational hurdles for Life Sciences companies. These complex market dynamics are requiring new levels of rigor and insight in business strategy development and problem-solving, both domestically and globally.

We are looking for practitioners who will work alongside Life Sciences organizations from bio-technology firms to global big pharma to medical devices, to drive business value through end-to-end delivery of solutions based on strategy development for heart of business issues.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in consulting or industry, preferably in Life Sciences or regulated industries
  • 6+ years experience supporting marketing transformation or technology implementation programs
  • 5+ years experience with MarTech platforms (Veeva Vault PromoMats, Adobe, Salesforce, etc.)
  • 1+ years experience with GenAI, LLMs, or AI/ML concepts
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with CDP, CRM, and broader MarTech ecosystem
  • Certifications in Adobe or Salesforce platforms
  • Experience with modular content and taxonomy
  • Experience supporting proposals or client presentations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 to $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
