Responsibilities:

1. Build relationships with buyers and sellers through provided leads.
2. Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting unique features.
3. Use scripts and frameworks for buyer and seller consultations, managing interactions through our CRM system.
4. Host open houses and show homes.
5. Collaborate with our transaction team to ensure accurate and efficient paperwork completion.
6. Possess local knowledge to answer questions about homes and neighborhoods.
7. Meet with clients to understand their home wishlist and fulfill their needs.
8. Supervise the closing process for a smooth transaction experience.
9. Consistently follow up with leads to expand sales opportunities.
10. Nurture client relationships to generate more sales.

Qualifications:

1. Proven sales experience and success preferred.
2. Effective communication skills (oral and written).
3. Self-motivation and drive.
4. Organized and efficient time management.
5. Technology-driven.

Compensation:

$120,000+ yearly
