We are now accepting applications for a Digital Engagement Acquisition Specialist to join our Client Acquisition team. Employees in this role will support client acquisition for one of our affiliate banks, Vectra bank. Position is 5 days per week in-office (Monday - Friday) and is located at Nevada State Bank corporate office in Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides real time support to prospects and customers who engage with the bank through online channels.
  • Responsible for engaging and supporting online visitors through real-time chat by providing timely assistance, answering questions, and guiding users through their digital banking experience.
  • Uncover client needs by asking thoughtful, clarifying questions to identify financial goals and pain points.
  • Educate prospects and clients on the bank's products, features, and digital tools to ensure a clear understanding of available solutions.
  • Recommend appropriate next steps such as connecting with a banker, scheduling appointments, or accessing additional resources.
  • Assist users who begin but do not complete applications to support conversion of abandoned applications.
  • Maintain a consistent, customer-centric tone that enhances the digital experience and reinforces the bank's online service reputation.
  • Capture and route qualified opportunities to branch and business banking partners.

Qualifications:

  • 1 years experience in inside sales, branch banking, and services, customer service or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
  • Working knowledge of sales, customer service, retention skills and banking products and services.
  • Must have good customer service, problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to use a variety of computer software.
  • Ability to cross sell bank products.
  • Requires initiative and ability to recognize opportunities.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
