Location:  Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Summary:

Home Technology Sales Reps. are responsible for prospecting, presenting products and services to homeowners, builders, and small commercial owners.  Responsible for selling to customers and growing their assigned market.  Sales reps will ensure proper documentation for sales agreements and proposals, existing customer engagement, and continuous communication with management. Sales reps are responsible for meeting established quotas/sales performance targets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas. 
  • Prospect for new clients and establish mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to obtain referrals to develop into new sales. 
  • Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client’s needs. 
  • Prepare documents according to establish company guidelines. 
  • Close sales and offer exceptional customer service & follow-up. 
  • Monitor job progress, demonstrate operation of security system including a final “walk-through” with clients. 

What You’ll Need:

  • High School or GED 
  • A minimum of 1-Year Prospecting Sales 
  • A minimum of 1- Year Outside Sales  
  • Sales ability/persuasiveness 
  • Self-starter
  • Valid Driver's License 
  • Needs to be Savvy in Using Social Media to Increase Sales Leads.
