This is a hands-on Revit production role focused on mentoring and leading a team, building and modifying coordinated models, working across disciplines, and producing construction-ready documentation used by field teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hands-on Revit modeling for data center white space (MEP) systems on active construction projects
  • Manage BIM coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and model issue resolution across MEP, structural, and architectural disciplines
  • Support project teams with installation-focused modeling, drawing production, and field coordination

  • Data center, mission critical, or highly technical MEP project experience preferred
  • Experience with Navisworks and clash detection workflows
  • Experience creating custom Revit families for MEP systems

This role is based out of our Plano office and follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
