The VDC Engineer supports local use of BIM and Virtual Design and Construction. The primary duties of the role are to support multiple on-site construction team efforts to implement BIM/VDC to support operational efficiency. In addition, the role will support projects in model based trade coordination, supports project execution planning related to BIM/VDC and supports BIM adoption within project teams. A successful candidate will bring a can-do attitude to the role and have the flexibility to respond to opportunities.
This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at a company that builds for a better society and values diversity and inclusion. The successful candidate typically brings strong construction-system knowledge and coordination expertise, ability to create polished visual graphics, proficiency in Revit and Navisworks (and related BIM tools), and at least three years of VDC experience to effectively drive productivity, quality, safety, and collaboration across projects.

VDC Engineer Required Qualifications:
      • 3+ years of experience working in a BIM or VDC-related role
      • 1+ years working in the process of asset tracking
      • 1+ year working in Autodesk packages (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.) and other platforms such as Procore.
      • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture,Engineering or related field. The position will also consider equivalent work experience in the construction industry.
