VCA All Pet Emergency Center (APEC) is hiring an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team! We provide after-hours emergency and critical care services in Evansville, IN.

About the Role
As the face of VCA, the CSR sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
  • Coordinating visits and assisting patient care team with triage
  • Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
  • Assisting clients with products, including prescriptions
  • Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical care
  • Hospital maintenance and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times-both inside and outside
  • Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
