Equity Derivatives FO Tools Developer (C# and MS Excel/VBA)

The Equity FO Tools IT team is working in an international environment, closely with the Front Office and other IT teams in the different locations. The team is globally in charge of developing and maintaining Front Office systems that enables trading, structuring and sales daily activities on the following area:

Development of the Trading Tools for Flow and Structured Equity

Businesses

Development of the global pricing application used by Structuring and

Sales desks

Support of the tools

Main Duties

The candidate will be working closely with the Equity NY business users and help build the Americas ETF franchise from the grounds up.

Front Office tools developments will require to:

Analyze the business requirements and translate them into technical

Specifications

Propose technical design in line with the local NY business

requirements and provide development cost

Implement (Develop, Unit test, Non Reg, Follow up with users) these

solutions

Ensure developments made are in line with the IT architecture and

integrated within the global platform

Act in respect of development/design best practices and delivery

process in place

More globally : active participation in (and implementation of) the

global FO Tools IT team governance: architecture, methodology, delivery, reporting, quality, people

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

3 yrs development experience

Strong skills in OO development (C#) and MS Excel/VBA

Skills in SQL and XML

Good architectural and design capability

NON TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Excellent communication skills: will work closely with Front Office

users in a very time constrained environment.
