Overview

Come join the Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) team as a Senior Staff Product Manager, where you will lead the strategy and execution of Partner Payouts and Incentives building the platform capabilities that power how Intuit manages and pays its partners driving Intuit's growth including accounting firms, value added resellers, solution providers, and affiliates.

As a leader on the VEP team, you will play a key role in driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of core capabilities across the partner compensation lifecycle from incentive calculation and performance analytics, to payout processing and earnings transparency driving partner engagement, program efficiency, and long-term business growth.

We are looking for candidates with strong product management skills and deep experience building platforms at scale. You will have a track record of delivering AI-driven solutions in the Sales Performance Management (SPM) space, with expertise spanning incentive compensation management, quota and territory planning, payout processing, and compensation analytics enabling efficient, insight-driven program management across a complex partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities


Define and drive product strategy for the Partner Incentives and Sales Performance Management platform, including vision, roadmap, and measurable success metrics

Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across the compensation platform, using data and close partnership with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable product solutions

Own end-to-end delivery of platform capabilities across multiple teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, reusable, and extensible across programs and partner types

Drive AI-enabled platform capabilities across incentive compensation management, quota and territory planning, plan configuration, and performance analytics

Build and evolve payout processing and earnings transparency capabilities that support accurate, timely, and compliant disbursements across a growing portfolio of partner programs

Partner with engineering to shape technical approaches and tradeoffs; participate actively in architecture discussions spanning SPM systems, data platforms, and financial infrastructure

Align cross-functional teams – engineering, finance, legal, and business operations – around platform priorities and outcomes; influence roadmaps across dependent teams and systems

Use data to measure platform outcomes and continuously iterate on product improvements; balance near-term delivery with long-term platform durability and scalability


Qualifications


7-10+ years of product management experience, including designing and delivering world-class platform or ecosystem products at scale

Experience with Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms such as SAP Incentive Management, Varicent, Xactly, or equivalent, as well as building compensation and incentive capabilities at scale

Experience working in or alongside finance and accounting functions; familiarity with SOX compliance requirements, financial controls, and audit-ready process design

Proven track record of defining and delivering multi-year product strategies across organizations

Strong technical fluency (APIs, distributed systems, data platforms) with ability to influence technical decisions

Experience partnering deeply with engineering and architecture teams

Strong business acumen with experience driving growth, ecosystem, or platform outcomes

Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer

Experience with AI/ML-driven products in the compensation, financial operations, or sales performance space

Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution and alignment

Data-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes

Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations.

Undergraduate degree required; focus in computer science or engineering preferrable; MBA is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered
