LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative rehab team focused on helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall independence.

What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy focused on mobility, pain management, balance, and functional movement
  • Supervise PTA staff and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Monitor resident progress and adjust treatments as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
