To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures-and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

As a Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's Public Sector Practice Area you will work in a growing global team, providing industry/functional expertise and insights whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You'll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
You will support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise. Specifically, in this role you will be asked to do the following, among other duties:

Conduct research across different education segments (early childhood, K-12, higher education) on major topics (e.g., student experience and pathways, impact of GenAI, affordability, macro trends around enrollment, etc.)

Handle a large portfolio of knowledge capture and material curation to catalog education credentials, codify casework into vignettes, capture and frequently update value, and contribute to major IP initiatives as needed (such as external publications, white papers, internal assets and tools, etc.)

Assist case teams and stakeholders with business development, including proposal support that draws on credentials and past perspectives and approaches

You will join our Social Affairs team within our Public Sector Practice Area and focus on Education + Employment, where we partner with clients across the full learning and workforce journey to unlock human potential and strengthen economic mobility. We work with a diverse set of public and private stakeholders--including foundations, state and local agencies, charter management organizations, school systems, institutions of higher education, workforce intermediaries, and employers--to design and implement strategies that maximize human capital. From early learning through K-12, postsecondary education, and into workforce development and lifelong learning, we help organizations improve outcomes, increase access, and build more effective, future-ready systems. Our ultimate goal is to support our partners in making people happier and more productive by aligning education and employment pathways with the skills, opportunities, and support individuals need to thrive.
