Job Summary 

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Vantage Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned patients. This includes providing basic patient care, collaborating with fellow team members to administer prescribed medications, and educating patients about their treatments. Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities 

·        Supporting patients through illness, injury, or recovery. 

·        Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. 

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations and policies. 

·        Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring the correct dosage and method of delivery. 

·        Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-treatment care. 

·        Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected while also promoting their safety and comfort. 

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications and Skills 

·        Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields. 

·        Familiarity with medical equipment and procedures. 

·        Compassionate and caring demeanor with a patient-focused approach. 

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

·        Ability to build strong rapport with patients and team members.

·  Positions available as Full-Time, Part-Time, & Per Diem for Registered Nurse (RN) on all shifts

·  First Shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

· Second Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

· Third Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
