What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst you will work as part of a growing global team, delivering value to Telecommunications clients through individual expertise and institutionalized know-how (products, tools, data, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific content, and related expertise). You will contribute to cases and proposals by providing relevant analyses and insights, acting as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic leaders-helping structure and solve complex issues and create strong impact for clients.

You will support commercialization efforts for the Telecommunications sector, working closely with business leaders by contributing advanced analyses and insights to proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst, you will help develop intellectual property and scalable assets for the business and support the onboarding and training of junior colleagues based on your industry expertise.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Solving complex client problems through relevant analytical approaches and customized solutions in telecommunication sector

Analysis and problem solving, with a high capacity for conceptual and strategic/end-to-end thinking

What You'll Bring

2+ years of consulting / industry experience in the telecommunication sector required; candidates with consulting experience preferred

In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required

Candidates should have experience across the broader telecommunications ecosystem, Including, but not limited to, digital Infrastructure (fiber, towers, etc.), data centers, spectrum, edge computing, NaaS, 5G/6G, spectrum strategy and other emerging topics.

Bachelor's Degree required

Fluency in English

Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

The base salary range for this role begins at$100,500 in our lowest cost US region and goes up to$108,500 in our highest cost US region. Your recruiting contact can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to16%and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
