Job description

Company Information

Curinos empowers financial institutions to put customers at the center of every decision. Our AI-first platform transforms proprietary data, advanced analytics and deep financial services expertise into timely recommendations - delivered right where teams work. The result: confident decisions, stronger customer relationships, and lasting, profitable growth.

Curinos operates under a hybrid modality and has office locations in New York, Chicago, Boston, Toronto, and London. This role is open to remote candidates based in the United States and able to travel frequently for client commitments and internal meetings.

The Opportunity: Become the Trusted Advisor Behind Our Clients' Success

The Client Value Manager (CVM) is one of Curinos' most strategic and visible client-facing roles. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, analytics, product, and executive client partnership, CVMs help leading financial institutions unlock measurable business value and maximize the impact of their Curinos investment.

CVM is the single accountable owner for client value realization and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) across an assigned portfolio, the CVM serves as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and a catalyst for long-term partnership success. By collaborating across Client Management, Client Success, Technical Success, Product, Advisory, and Commercial teams, CVMs translate insights into outcomes—driving executive recognition, deepening client engagement, and delivering predictable retention and growth.

This is a unique opportunity to shape client strategy, influence business outcomes, and help define one of Curinos’ most important growth priorities. We are hiring Client Value Managers at multiple levels, creating opportunities for high-performing professionals to accelerate their careers while making a meaningful impact on our clients, our business, and the future of Curinos.

What You Will Do

Client Value Realization

  • Develop strong senior relationships at the enterprise level of our clients, staying close to the executive agenda and ensuring the intersection of Curinos capabilities in support of that agenda
  • Own client value realization and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) for an assigned portfolio by ensuring clients achieve measurable business outcomes aligned with their strategic priorities
  • Leads client specific storyline development that articulates the value realization narrative for active contracts
  • Develop and execute Client Value Plans that connect Curinos’ products, analytics, and advisory capabilities to client business objectives, success metrics, and long-term strategy
  • Monitor portfolio health, proactively identify renewal risks, and lead cross-functional strategies that strengthen client outcomes and drive predictable retention
  • Identify opportunities to expand client value and partner with Client Management to support long-term account growth
  • Identify renewal risk early; create and drive Save Plans across CS, TS, and Product

Executive Client Leadership

  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor who connects Curinos’ capabilities to client business priorities and long-term success
  • Own the EBR value narrative and Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) in partnership with Client Management, demonstrating measurable business outcomes, strategic recommendations, and future value opportunities
  • Translate complex data, product capabilities, and market insights into compelling executive narratives that influence business decisions and reinforce Curinos’ strategic value

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Synthesizes cross-functional requirements and value delivery; orchestrates across Client Management, Client Success, Advisory, and delivery to coordinate execution of each client’s value strategy
  • Influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, driving alignment and accountability across the client lifecycle
  • Escalate strategic risks, remove barriers to execution, and ensure clients experience a coordinated, value-focused partnership
  • Share client insights and best practices that strengthen value realization and improve the client experience
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness across client interactions

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in Client Value Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, enterprise client strategy, or similar client-facing roles with accountability for driving measurable business outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to connect client value to measurable business outcomes
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling business narratives for executive stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Financial services industry experience with the ability to engage credibly with executive client stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly develop expertise across a broad portfolio of data, analytics, software, and advisory solutions and connect those capabilities to client business objectives
  • Growth mindset with a demonstrated commitment to collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning

This role may be filled at the Client Value Manager I, Client Value Manager II, or Senior Client Value Manager level based on the selected candidate’s experience, demonstrated capabilities, and the complexity of the assigned client portfolio.

  • Client Value Manager I:Typically,1–3 years of relevant experience in management consulting, enterprise Customer Success, client strategy, financial services, analytics, or a related client-facing role
  • Client Value Manager II:Typically,3–5 years of experience managing complex client relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes across multi-stakeholder environments

Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 Salary plus Bonus
