What is a value analysis manager?

A Value Analysis Manager is a professional responsible for evaluating products, services, and processes within an organization to ensure they deliver optimal value at the best possible cost. They typically work in healthcare, manufacturing, or supply chain settings, collaborating with clinicians, procurement teams, and vendors to assess the quality, effectiveness, and financial impact of products or services.
