The Forge Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, remote role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients afflicted with mental health disorders and co-occurring substance use issues. This role is designed as a remote position, providing you with the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life while contributing to client care from the comfort of your home. Despite the remote setting, we maintain a strong sense of teamwork and support through regular meetings, supervision, and collaboration with fellow clinicians and support staff.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, utilizing standardized tools to gather relevant information about their mental health status and history.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating a mix of individual and group therapy sessions, focused on personalizing care to meet each client’s specific needs.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community and support amongst clients, while also providing one-on-one therapy aimed at breaking down barriers to recovery.
• Establish realistic and ethical treatment goals in collaboration with clients to guide their progress while adhering to state and federal regulations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring they meet compliance standards and are kept up-to-date.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical director in performing chart audits and ensuring all documentation is signed off in a timely manner.

Your work will primarily support a diverse client population struggling with mental health disorders and substance use issues. Clients at The Forge Recovery Center benefit from a trauma-informed approach that acknowledges the complexities of their experiences and supports their healing journey with respect and dignity.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience working within substance use or mental health centers.
• Demonstrated clinical skills, particularly in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.
• Proficient computer skills, with experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Experience working in a remote environment, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and stay organized while managing a caseload.
• Knowledge of best practices in addiction treatment and mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with community resources and services that can enhance client care.
