As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring a smooth workflow across multiple departments. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and deliver excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, contracts, invoices, and renewal documents.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry and updating company management software or CRM.
  • Track renewals, proposals, work orders, and project documentation as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, uniforms, and basic equipment.
  • Assist HR with new hire paperwork, onboarding, and filing.
