  • Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
  • Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area
  • Defining targets for the team in coordination with the Manager
  • Acting as the main point of contact for development teams for any functional, organisational or commercial matters arising regarding testing
  • Ensuring the necessary testing for product validation (both the performance of the tests and the test results)
  • Deriving and defining requirements for validation and testing based on the system requirements
  • Responsible for safety in the laboratory and test area, incl. safe test bench operation and testing whilst complying with all relevant standards and legal regulations
  • Strategically developing the validation and testing skills in coordination with the Manager
  • Coordinating validation and testing activities at international level at internal and external service providers and partners
  • Drawing up reports on work results, costs and planned investments
  • Responsible for ensuring the equipment is operational
  • Other duties, as assigned
