Role Overview:
Looking for a Senior Test Method Validation Engineer to support product development for advanced medical device technologies. This role involves test method validation, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead test method validation (protocols, execution, analysis, reports)
• Perform testing and data analysis to support design & development
• Develop and improve test methods and models
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve design/test issues
• Work with internal teams and vendors for prototypes & fixtures
• Apply MSA, metrology, and Gage R&R concepts
• Support risk documentation (FMEA – optional)
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and quality standards

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Biomedical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of validation/testing/engineering experience
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
