About This Role
As a Validation Technician, you will work alongside our engineering teams to learn how products, systems, and components are tested, verified, and validated for quality. You will help confirm that designs work correctly under specified conditions while ensuring they meet safety and industry standards. No extensive experience required, this position is a fantastic opportunity to grow within our validation and new product development teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute test procedures and validation plans under the guidance of senior technicians or engineers.
  • Set up test equipment, instrumentation, and test environments according to defined instructions.
  • Collect, record, and organize test data accurately for analysis and reporting.
  • Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or performance issues observed during testing.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on test setups and equipment to resolve minor issues.
  • Maintain test logs, documentation, and records in compliance with company standards.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process or testing enhancements.
  • Provide flexible support across the lab, including assisting with various lab activities and cross-functional technician activities as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1 years' experience in validation, testing, verification, or quality activities in a manufacturing or regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Diploma or Associate's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electronics preferred
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or software systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures and instructions.
  • Familiarity with basic test equipment (e.g., multimeters, data acquisition tools, or diagnostic software).
  • Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of common software tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to varying tasks and support multiple lab functions, including prototype builds and new product development efforts.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $35,500.00 - $71,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
