Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is a company seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex IT projects. The role involves facilitating collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders, managing project impediments, and ensuring successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, program leads, and data stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve project impediments, manage competing priorities, and maintain momentum.
• Evaluate data-related project components, validate deliverables, and guide effective decision-making.
• Work within Agile teams and manage Kanban boards to coordinate iterative delivery, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional teams, coordinate input from multiple sources, and support change management.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Project Manager with Strong Jira experience
• Minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools
• At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT project
• Possession of (a) a bachelor's degree
• Possession of (b) a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
Preferred:
• Strong planning skills, organizational awareness, and interpersonal effectiveness to successfully navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Ability to facilitate collaboration between technical teams, program leads, and data stakeholders
• Possess strong problem-solving skills to proactively identify and resolve project impediments, manage competing priorities, and maintain momentum
• Familiarity with common issues encountered in enterprise data and system integration projects
• Technical knowledge sufficient to evaluate data-related project components, validate deliverables, and guide effective decision-making
• Experience working within Agile teams and managing Kanban boards to coordinate iterative delivery, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders
• A demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, coordinate input from multiple sources, and support change management
• Verified management of at least three (3) complex IT or Enterprise data-related projects during the past four (4) out of five (5) years that required the application of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
• Preferred verified experience includes working with Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation and collaboration
• Verified experience leading at least three (3) projects during the past four (4) out of five (5) years that involved data sharing across departments or organizations
• Verified experience managing at least three (3) projects during the past four (4) out of five (5) years that required a working familiarity with cloud-based data management environments, system interfaces, and data quality assurance
