Project Manager – Full-Time

Hila Construction Inc is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL. The Project Manager will oversee residential and commercial construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Review plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Conduct job site visits and maintain quality control.
  • Resolve project issues and communicate updates with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
  • Prepare project reports, change orders, and project documentation.

Qualifications:
