Job description

Job Summary: This role is a support position responsible for both sales and administrative functions, including auditing and finalizing security agreements, managing sales documentation, and supporting customer engagement. The admin will assist the sales team, manage builder and homeowner accounts’ data entry, ensure process accuracy in NetSuite and other platforms, and support overall operations, including jobsite surveillance, agreement execution, and reporting.


Responsibilities:

· Sales & Customer Support

o Answer phones, respond to emails, and assign leads.

o Communicate with subscribers, consultants, and sales managers regarding agreement details, installations, and follow-up documentation.

o Support sales consultants with contracting, activation, and scheduling.

· Agreement & Data Processing

o Audit and resolve discrepancies across Commission Checklists, DocuSign, NetSuite, Rapid Response, and Alarm.com.

o Send riders via DocuSign to correct errors and ensure data consistency.

o Maintain NetSuite tracking to ensure installation scheduling aligns with closing timelines.

o Finalize account procedures to ensure full compliance with company standards.

· Reporting & Documentation

o Generate sales, closing, and status reports for management and field teams.

o Assist in territory and subdivision tracking and EOL community audits.

o Digitize, scan, and organize documents for electronic recordkeeping.

o Complete preliminary questionnaires and manage special program agreements, including activations, monitoring, and cancellations.

· Administrative Operations

o Help prepare commission checklists and support the sales team with quotes and contract documents.

o Recommend system or process improvements in Alarm.com, Rapid, or NetSuite.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

3. Excellent verbal and written communication.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Positive, team-oriented mindset.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
