Job Description

We are seeking a Test and Validation Manager to lead the end-to-end validation and readiness of our Retail IoT products before customer pilot, deployment, and scale-up. In this role, you will lead and coach the Test & Validation team while partnering with globally distributed R&D teams across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, connectivity, manufacturing and field operations to ensure products are integrated, reliable, and ready for real-world customer environments.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • System Integration Testing: Ensure complete system testing across device onboarding, telemetry, connectivity, data flow, performance, customer workflows, regression, and recovery scenarios.
  • Performance & Reliability: Monitor and evaluate product performance against defined quality, reliability, and business-critical metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshooting & Risk Management: Identify integration gaps, dependencies, and failure modes early and drive structured root-cause analysis across R&D, Product, Manufacturing, Field, and customer-facing teams.
  • Readiness Reporting: Own validation dashboards and executive reports showing test progress, critical defects, performance trends, open risks, and launch readiness.
  • Launch Readiness: Lead final validation reviews and provide Go / Conditional Go / No-Go recommendations for pilot, deployment, and scale readiness.
Qualifications

  • Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear product and business risk recommendations.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications:
