DESCRIPTION

Office Assistant/Human Resources Clerk

$20/hour to start, with the ability to advance in our business. We are seeking someone to start in an entry-level manner, but grow with us as VPA continues to grow.

The initial schedule for this role will be 9am-2pm Monday through Friday. If seeking slightly adjusted hours, or a FT role, that can be discussed.

SUMMARY

Valet Park of America is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and energetic individual to be responsible for several tasks in our Springfield office..

This is a position that will require extensive communication with potential clients, employees, business partners and more. Professionalism and attention to detail, while treating each contact with the utmost importance are all essential to this position

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stationed at the front desk, the Office Assistant will make a great first impression for those entering our facility, as well as those on the phone
  • Coordinate outgoing and incoming deliveries, packages, etc
  • Manage the uniform inventory, including laundry duties, inventory, and stocking
  • Work with the HR Department on setting interviews, checking references, completing background screening
  • Work with the HR Department on a variety of regulatory and compliance tasks
  • Maintain a neat entrance area
  • Maintain coffee/tea/water station
  • Other duties as directed by management
