Job description

Due to remarkable growth, Johnson Lexus of Durham the exciting opportunity to expand our team with an additional Full-Time Automotive Service Valet! To help keep up with the increasing consumer demands in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking friendly individuals with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service to our guests!
Johnson Lexus of Durham is a member of Johnson Automotive, one of the fastest growing automotive companies in the Triangle. Summary:
The Service Valet will assist the Service Department by guiding and directing service guests and their vehicles to appropriate locations.
Essential Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
* Greet all guests entering the Service Department;
* Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot;
* Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles;
* Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities;
* Direct guests to appropriate service personnel as needed;
* Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested;
* Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered;
* Assist the Service Department with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
* Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment;
* Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance;
* Possess excellent verbal communication skills and speak proper grammar;
* Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, driving record check, and we E-Verify
