Job description

Our team takes pride in creating warm, memorable experiences while maintaining the professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail expected in an outstanding private club.  We are seeking a polished, welcoming, and service-oriented Valet Attendant.

Valet Attendant – Create a Warm Welcome from the Moment Members Arrive

  • Parks and delivers vehicles, providing curb valet parking for members and guests in area designated for valet parking cars
  • Retrieving member's vehicles in an expedited and safe manner
  • Assisting members in exiting and entering their vehicles
  • Providing aid with walkers, wheelchairs etc. whenever necessary and ensuring their safety
  • Providing easy access to the clubhouse entrance for all members
  • Make periodic tours of lot to prevent theft. Responsible for vehicles and their contents while in the designated parking area
  • Overall supervision of parking area in which valet parked vehicles are located
  • Occasionally valets are asked to perform special services such as cleaning up windshields, spilled drinks, floor mats, etc. Use discretion but try to accommodate
  • It may be necessary to discourage impaired or intoxicated driving
  • Report any problems to Lead Valet Attendant, the Clubhouse Manager and/or Manager on Duty
  • Required uniforms as defined by Quail Ridge
  • Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be required
  • One (1) year valet experience
  • Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
  • Provide a courteous and professional demeanor at all times
  • A clear DMV and clear criminal background check is required for this position
  • A valid driver's license required and clean/clear driving record to be placed and accepted by our insurance policy to be a insurable driver
