Join Our Team as a Valet Manager!
Lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Valet Manager is responsible for delivering a welcoming first and last impression for every guest by overseeing daily parking and valet operations, ensuring safe, efficient service while driving customer satisfaction. This role combines team leadership, operational excellence, and problem-solving to create a seamless arrival experience for guests across hotels, restaurants, and special events. QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a Valet Manager or Valet Supervisor is required.
  • Proven ability to manage staff and oversee daily valet or parking operations.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed throughout the shift.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with Aimbridge's MVR policy and state requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily valet operations, ensuring efficient vehicle storage and retrieval. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and special event parking services. Recruit, train, coach, and supervise valet team members.
  • Guest Service Excellence: Resolve guest concerns and service issues promptly and professionally. Enforce safety and security procedures to protect guests, vehicles, and employees. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and operational areas. Ensure compliance with parking, safety, and risk management standards.
  • Financial & Administrative Oversight: Manage cash handling, revenue reporting, operational records, daily reconciliations, and support budget and staffing controls.
